Together with PROMPERÚ and the Representation of the Federated State of Bayern for South America, we organized a Technological Immersion program for startups with a focus on Digital Transformation:Startups for Industry,which aimed to promote and enhance innovative initiatives aimed at developing technological solutions for the industry.
Our members participated as a jury in the preliminary stage, the winner was the startup NutriCo and they participated in the Bits & Pretzels event.

On January 29, together with Microsoft, we held our first diversity and inclusion workshop:The New Non-negotiable of Startups in LatAm. This workshop, our attendees had the opportunity to listen and learn from specialists about inclusive culture.
Constitution of a Company in Peru,

and Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
Together with WEMPO Academy, USAID, Chance to add, CEDRO and Investa, on February 12 we organized the panels:Constitution of a Company in Peru, Facilities and Opportunities of the Government and Entrepreneurial Ecosystem.This space had the objective of providing the essential tools they need to implement their micro and small business in Peru, from the formalization of a company to seeking financial opportunities in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
1st Census of Startups Peruvian
On March 7 we made the virtual launch of the1st Census of Peruvian Startups.This census collected data and information from more than 190 Peruvian startups and 416 founders and was possible thanks to Microsoft, Charly.io, Swiss EP and PROMPERÚ.
Training "Introduction to Venture Capital"
Within the framework of the "Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem of the Ica Region - EIIE - ICA" project, a project developed with the Ica Chamber of Commerce, we conducted training forIntroduction to Venture Capital, which was addressed to the technical team of the ICA Chamber of Commerce, the Impulsor group and associated entities, and ecosystem actors. This training took place on April 13.

On May 4, together with Amazon Web Services, an affiliate member of PECAP, we organized ourfirst face-to-face dinner with all our PECAP members: Food for Thoughtheld at the Astrid & Gastón restaurant.
SUMMIT 2nd edition: VC LATAM SUMMIT 2022
We organize thesecond edition of the VC LATAM SUMMIT 2022in Miami together with the Venture Capital and Private Equity Associations of Argentina (ARCAP), Brazil (ABVCAP), Chile (ACVC), Colombia (COLCAPITAL), Mexico (AMEXCAP) and Uruguay (UXXI), which aimed to promote to the Latin American region as an attractive destination.

Regional Co-Investments LatAm Week
Together with the VC Associations of the region, we organized the“Regional Co-Investments LatAm Week Week”,from 05 to 09 September. Startups from different investment verticals from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay participated with the aim of finding the best investment opportunities in the region. In closing, a cocktail was held in each country.

Venture Capital Investors inPeru
On September 08 we carried out thesemi-annual launch of our report: Venture Capital Investments in Peru 2022-1.The amount invested grew substantially by 153% and the number of transactions by 22% compared to the 2021-I period, reaching USD 45.5M of investment and 22 transactions.

Peru Venture Capital Conference 2022

After two consecutive years in virtual format, this year, we organized the7th edition of the Peru Venture Capital Conference, the most important annual forum for venture capital in Peru.
We have a participation of more than 700 attendees and with the presence of more than 90 Speakers, between locals and foreigners, with 39 sessions, including Keynote speakers, panels, workshops, fireside chats, roundtables, pitch competition, speed dating, among others.

After two years of virtuality, on December 6, together with Amazon Web Services (AWS)We organize a face-to-face space for all PECAP members and alliesAs a farewell to 2022.
