INNOVAFEM 2025

The INNOVAFEM 2025 Angel Investor Workshop was held on March 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, and 20. This was an initiative of the Universidad del Pacífico Entrepreneurship Center – Emprende UP, with the support of ProInnóvate.
The purpose of the workshop was to strengthen and empower female entrepreneurship, focusing on the development of startups with a high degree of innovation and technology,
and at the same time, to generate a
community of mutually supportive entrepreneurs and businesswomen.

Our webinar: "Financing 101 for Startups" was held on Thursday, April 29. In this space, Alejandro Troll (B Venture Capital), Karen Gutiérrez (Kaman Business Incubator), and Álvaro Echevarría (Innova ESAN) guided us through the main financing alternatives for early-stage startups.

Our webinar, "Entrepreneurship Readiness," took place on Wednesday, June 4th! In this event, Renzo Reyes, Director of Start UPC, spoke about the personal readiness every founder needs before launching their startup: Decision-making under pressure, Emotional management and mental health, and Entrepreneurial mindset and resilience.

On June 30th, we launched the 2024 Annual Report on Venture Capital Investments in Peru! Thank you to all our members and allies for joining us at our launch event and being an active part of the ecosystem's growth. This report not only reflects the year in numbers, but also invites us to look ahead with strategy, vision, and commitment to the future of venture capital in the country.

Venture Silver: Boosting the Silver Economy – 2nd Edition

On July 8th, we enjoyed an evening full of inspiration, connections, and learning at the Universidad del Pacífico, where we brought together leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs committed to the growth of the silver economy.
The event aimed to explore the most relevant investment advances within this emerging sector, open new doors for those looking to get started in the world of investment, and motivate more people in the Silver segment to discover their potential as agents of change and future angel investors.

Peru Regional VC Cajamarca 2025
July
On July 16th, the 4th edition of Peru Regional VC North 2025 took place, bringing with it a wealth of inspiration, connections, and energy to continue boosting the northern entrepreneurial ecosystem.
During the event, we enjoyed keynotes, panels, networking opportunities, an investment roundtable, and a Demo Day where eight Peruvian startups presented their potential to a jury of investors.
