Investment Readiness Perú

The sessions were held on February 18, 20, and 24, bringing together startups operating in Peru seeking to prepare for strategic capital raising.
During the program, we conducted three practical sessions focused on round preparation, building a data room (metrics and finances), and pitching to investors, providing key tools to strengthen their fundraising
process.
Organized by PECAP and ALAYA CAPITAL, with the support of ProInnóvate, within the framework of the IDB Lab's "Activating the Peruvian Entrepreneurial Ecosystem" project.

VC PORTFOLIO STRATEGY

On February 25th, we held our Masterclass, a space designed to strengthen investment thesis development and strategic portfolio management in VC.
During the session, we worked with institutional investors, family offices, corporations, and angel investors to define theses, identify market trends, and develop key metrics for decision-making, combining real-world case studies with a practical approach.

On February 27th, we held the Investment Readiness Peru In-Person Workshop.
It was a dynamic and interactive day where entrepreneurs received feedback, participated in strategic discussions, and strengthened their proposals in a networking space that fostered new connections within the ecosystem.

Vibra+ Trujillo: Regional Ecosystem Meetup

On April 22nd, we experienced a day at Vibra+, a space that brought together entrepreneurs and key players in the regional impact ecosystem to connect, share, and generate new opportunities.
It was a meetup full of valuable conversations and networking, where we continued to promote purpose-driven initiatives and strengthen the ecosystem from the regions.

Vibra+ Cajamarca: Regional Ecosystem Meetup

On April 28th, we experienced a day at Vibra+, a space that brought together entrepreneurs and key players in the regional impact ecosystem to connect, share, and generate new opportunities in Cajamarca. It was an event where key players and entrepreneurs connected and strengthened their purpose-driven initiatives. We thank KUNAN, Protagonistas del Cambio, and the Cajamarca Chamber of Commerce for making this meeting possible, and all the participants for being part of this space. This meetup was held within the framework of the IDB's "Activating the Peruvian Entrepreneurial Ecosystem" project.
TRAINING
ANGEL INVESTOR TRAINING

With the goal of democratizing angel investing in Peru and strengthening the capabilities of new investors, PECAP and INCUVAL Ventures developed the 2026 Angel Investor Training, a specialized five-week program designed to provide theoretical knowledge and practical tools for investing in startups.
During the sessions, participants delved into topics such as the venture capital ecosystem, investment criteria, startup evaluation and valuation, due diligence, legal aspects, and investment thesis development.

Peru Regional VC Huanuco 2026

The 5th edition of PRVC 2026 arrives on June 18th to continue decentralizing the entrepreneurial ecosystem and bringing venture capital to more regions of Peru.
